Adults Bouldering CoursesADULT INDUCTION 20 mins (please book in advance)£15 includes shoe hire, instruction and registration This is the first step for beginners or those with little experience of bouldering. The induction includes teaching warm up techniques, basic climbing techniques and introduces the climber to centre layout and grading system. Climbers may climb on their own after the induction finishes. SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES SESSION 1 HOUR (please book in advance) £20 includes shoe and chalk hire This is an advanced instructor led session for adults wishing to learn more complex technical skills. SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES COURSE 3 X 1 HOURS (please book in advance) £60 including shoe and chalk hire This is an instructor led course consisting of a series of three one hour sessions focussing on improving skills and learning more complex techniques. Aimed at climbers who wish to progress with the guidance of a qualified instructor. LADIES ONLY SESSION 1 HOURS (Please book in advance) £15 includes shoe and chalk hire This course is led by a female instructor and focusses on movement and muscle tone. Suitable for all levels of climber from beginner to advanced. |
