A revolutionary rock shoe developed specifically for bouldering. Whatever technical problem the rock presents, the “Solution” rock shoe gives you the support you need with the most innovative technology to overcome the boulder move. The upper uses Lock Harness System® technology, which hugs the foot from the inside and combines with the unique deep heel-cups to ensure maximum flexibility when hooking, on incuts and overhangs.
The randing system P3® (Permanent Power Platform) is the active part of the shoe which gives it its versatility and works in synergy with the base of the foot to spread and maintain tension through time. How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please notifiy your intention to cancel your order by emailing email@example.com. You will be sent a cancellation form which you must complete and email back. We will notify you when we receive this. Once your cancellation is confirmed, please bring the item or post back to Durham Climbing Centre Limited, St John’s Road, Meadowfield Ind Est. Durham DH7 8TZ.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please notify Durham Climbing Centre Limited of your intention to return your item(s) by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an order cancellation email. Please complete and email back to us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please return you item by bringing it or posting to -

Please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return your item and retain the receipt with your tracking code. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty, or not the item you ordered. If this is the case we will refund the cost of postage for returning your item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
