This agreement is between Durham Climbing Centre ('the Gym') and the undersigned member. By signing, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Monthly Recurring Membership.
1. Membership Benefits
This monthly unlimited membership offers unlimited access, anytime during our opening hours.
Includes free access to members nights, free coaching, socials and events
Excluding ticketed events : eg. Send Fest

· Guest Pass
Unlimited Membership includes:
1 free Guest Pass per month for new registrations - this is an exciting opportunity to get a friend into bouldering. Guest pass includes entry & shoe hire - there is nothing to pay for your guest. No booking required.
Guest pass must arrive with registered unlimited climbing pass member and climb with them.
· 1 FREE Guest Pass per month for participating Independent Climbing Wall Collective climbing walls
· 10% Off Climbing Shoes in our shop
· Monthly extra benefits
2. Membership & Payments
Monthly Fees are billed monthly in advance.
Payment is taken on 1st of the second month, for the current month pro-rata dues.
Failed payments may result in suspension until resolved.
We reserve the right to change our Pass pricing and introduce cancellation charges at a future date, but we will always let you know before we do so and give you the opportunity to cancel your Pass without a cancellation charge before we introduce one.
All memberships are issued on a non-transferable basis.
3. Liability
Climbing involves inherent risk.
Member confirms waiver is completed and accepts responsibility.
The Gym is not liable for lost or damaged property.
4. Eligibility
If, due to a birthday, a Pass holder moves into a different age category, the price increase won't be applied until the month that follows the Pass holder's birthday.
If a Pass holder is no longer eligible for the Concession rate (for example due to an expired student card) then the Pass will automatically move onto the standard Adult Pass price.
5. ICWC
When signing up for a membership at Durham Climbing Centre, you will also be enrolled in the Independent Climbing Wall Collective (ICWC) - a not for profit network of UK climbing walls. This allows you to access one free visit per month at other participating walls. To provide this benefit, your membership data will be shared securely with ICWC in line with GDPR law.
(Other perks such as the in centre guest pass are for new climbers not on the Durham Climbing Centre system, this is an exciting opportunity to get a friend into bouldering)

6. Gym Rules
Members must follow all rules and staff instructions.
Unsafe behaviour may result in termination without refund.
7. Price Changes
The Gym may adjust membership pricing with 30 days’ notice.
8. Freeze & Cancellation Options
A freeze option is available on this pass and you can access this on your own account.
You may freeze your membership once per year for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 30 days.
You are signing up for a two-month minimum term. After the two-month initial period, you can choose to cancel your Pass at any time without penalty.
A Minimum of 14 days notice before the next billing date (1st) is required to cancel your membership and avoid further charges.

9. Data Protection
Data stored securely in Rock Gym Pro and Stripe (GDPR compliant).
