Yoga offers many benefits for climbers, not least promoting the all important flexibility and core strength so vital for climbing movement.
Due to popular demand, we are starting a new YOGA class on Monday evenings in our private function room with Yoga Teacher Emily of Emily Charlotte yoga.
Please sign up if you would like to attend - places will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Each session costs £6 per week, or you can pay up front for 4 sessions saving £4.
