Send Fest 2025 Round Up!
Amazing to see the centre packed out with over 130 competitors and spectators competing in this year’s Sendfest on Saturday!
From 10am-3pm you all toughed it out on the 25 qualifier boulders meticulously set over the three days beforehand by the team at @impact_routesetting. It was fantastic to see everyone getting stuck into these problems and getting some sends early in the day. We are especially grateful to @motifholds for loaning us their holds for this event - making it their first appearance in the UK!
After qualies, competitors gathered for free pizza, a slackline challenge and drinks from our wonderful sponsors RedBull and BrewDog
While the competitors kicked back, refuelled, and celebrated the winners of our Winter Boulder Series, Impact were hard at work putting together the six final boulders for the ten finalists. These boulders set us up for an awesome finish to Sendfest, with some tense falls, and mega flashes.
Huge thank you to our 50+ spectators for cheering on our finalists and our live DJ @s.kosch for bringing the hype!
The top three in both Male and Female categories was tight, resulting in qualifying points impacting final podium positions.
The day culminated in our winners receiving Core Climbing Trophies and cash prizes on the Redbull podium - and a raffle which saw loads of lucky entrees make off with some new merch! (check our story if you weren’t around for the draw - winning numbers have been posted!)
