Durham Climbing Centre will be hosting an award ceremony on Saturday 7th September to present prizes and certificates to winners and runner ups! Everyone will be awarded for their achievements in the competition and we will draw a special raffle with prizes supplied by our sponsors Boreal and MoJoe climbing.
The day will consist of lots of fun, games and new challenges to try! Starting at 1pm sharp!
The highest 4 scores will decide the competitors ranking, so be sure to be here! Good news for any juniors entering all 5 rounds, you can drop a score and take your best 4 forward. The top 3 in each category will be awarded with prizes and every single competitor receives a certificate for taking part (plus a chance to win a spot prize and raffle prize!)
Everyone who has and hasn’t competed are welcome to come and join in the fun!!!
Round 5 is running now until 5th September. The competition has gone down a treat with over 150 Junior’s taking part from a broad range of ages and abilities, everyone has enjoyed it. Keep posted for details of our Junior Winter Series coming soon!
We have had lots of challenging circuits from route setter and Junior Academy Coach James Hunter with a hoop traverse in every round! Also we have given away a pair of Boreal Ninja climbing shoes to one lucky random winner every round, just for entering!
