Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and motivated Marketing and Membership Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and General Manager to support a wide range of marketing activities, helping us grow our brand presence and connect with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more).
• Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Help manage and analyse campaigns through Meta Business Suite and other marketing tools.
• Contribute fresh ideas for different forms of marketing, including digital, print, and in-person promotions.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and General Manager as needed.
About You:
• Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp.
• Confident across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Creative with a keen eye for design and content creation.

Position Type: Part-Time 24 & 30 hour contracts includes days, evenings & weekends
Role Overview: We are seeking a Climbing Coach & Receptionist to join our vibrant team. This combined role involves coaching climbing sessions for both children and adults, leading classes like NICAS, holiday camps, and GCSE P.E. sessions, as well as working at the front desk to welcome customers, handle bookings, and assist with daily operations. You will be an integral part of the team, offering high-quality coaching while ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.
