Scarpa Boot Demo 12pm - 4pm
British Champ Dave Barrans brings along a selection of the best selling Scarpa climbing shoes on the market in all sizes to try before you buy! Borrow a pair of Scarpa climbing shoes when you arrive and climb until your heart's content! You can even bring them back and try out a different pair!
Sunday 26th November
Yoga Workshops 1pm - 4pm
Yoga for climbers has many benefits including building core and back strength, strengthening finger grip and increasing chest and shoulder flexibility. Try out Vinyasa Flow - yoga a unique, creative and energising style of yoga focusing on combining movement with breath, while building strength, balance and flexibility.
Aerial Hoop Workshops 1pm - 4pm
Aerial Hoop for climbers builds on strength and flexibility with a range of strength building, conditioning tricks and inverts. Aerial hoop targets all the major muscle groups combining dance, circus skills, choreography and fitness.

Pick up your tickets on your next visit. Annual / three month pass holders do not need to purchase these tickets and can enjoy the weekend events included in their passes.
