If you’re looking to improve your rock climbing, indoors or out, then come along to this BMC Climbing Movement Masterclass – run by top climber Naomi Buys.
This excellent masterclass will be held at Durham Climbing Centre on Monday 22 April. The same class will run twice a day so you can either do the morning class or the afternoon one. The morning class runs from 11:00 to 13:00 and the afternoon class from 14:00 to 16:00. In 2010, seven times British Champion Lucy Creamer led similar classes at DCC which proved popular.

Naomi will cover climbing movement skills: footwork precision, economy of movement and the utilisation of existing strengths. The classes are for those who climb in the grade range of French 5 to 6b+. There will be six climbers per two hour class. The minimum age of Masterclass attendees is 16 years old.

Book through the BMC by completing the online booking form. £26 per class per person for BMC members and £34 per person per class for non members. Wall entry is included in the cost.
