Do I need to book?

Please book ahead for any session or course with an instructor e.g taster session, beginner course, NIBAS and childrens' sessions. Drop-in sessions do not require prior booking. After you have done your induction you can come along and use the centre for drop in sessions without pre-booking.

What equipment do I need?

Climbing shoes and chalk (for extra grip), which can be hired or purchased at the Centre.

I've never climbed before. Do I need an induction?

If you are an experienced climber, an induction or taster session is not required.

What level of fitness is required?

Indoor climbing is suitable for all levels of fitness. Warming up is important; you will learn warm up tips on your introductory session.

When do you run inductions?

Weekdays and weekends. Please call the centre or book online to arrange your induction.

Can I do it with a friend?
