Climbing has so many benefits for women, not least increasing physical fitness and 'leaning out' as climbing offers a whole body workout and uses a variety of muscles. Bouldering strengthens arms, legs, chest, back and builds core strength. You can burn up to 600 calories an hour!
Of course, there's the social side of climbing too. The cosy coffee lounge is a great place to catch up over a freshly brewed coffee in between climbs.
