It all started a day early! Gaz Parry was here on Thursday 1st August to set 26 mixed range problems (6a – 7c) for Round 4 of the Summer Bouldering Ladder.
This means Round 3 has came to a close all scorecards were put in and put into a hat for this rounds shoe raffle! The winner of Round 3 is Peter Morgan! Well-done Peter! Collect your shoes from reception on your next visit!
Every round we have set a special £50 problem, and this time it is still up for grabs! Get yourselves down and give it a go! All you have to do is record yourself climbing the problem and post it to our facebook page! It’s that easy!
We have Round 4 & 5 to go before the big Summer Social which is running on Friday 13thSeptember from 5pm.
If you aren’t too superstitious (Friday 13th!) come down for the night. Id you have entered even just one round, your scorecard is your raffle ticket. So if you enter 5 rounds, you have 5 chances to win one of many prizes from our sponsors Gear for Girls, La Sportiva, Sesh Bar & Beta Climbing Designs. DCC will also be providing a Boulder Mat, Session Passes, T Shirts and the now famous coffee and Panini vouchers!
An extra set of fun problems will be on the walls to try! Category winners will be announced and then overall Male and Female winners will all be bagging prizes and trophies for there efforts!
We will also be hosting a super raffle with everyone who has competed in the Bouldering Ladder will have a chance to win! As your scorecard turns into a raffle ticket! You have to be in it to win it and be there or the night to collect your prize. We’re sure it will be a great night so pop the date in your diary Friday 13th September.
