Professional climber and route setter Franco Cookson is offering a series of coaching workshops at DCC on Sunday 9th December. The workshops focus on slab climbing and getting to grips with the Beastmaker training board.
Each 1 hour workshop focuses on -
Slab workshops:
1) Matching small holds
2) Maximising footholds
3) Dynamic vs static movement
4) Thumbsprags
5) Route reading
Beastmaker workshops:
1) How to warm up
2) Picking problems
3) Body tension
4) Training power
5) Medium term training
There will be 4 workshops to sign up for at the very reasonable price of £10.00 p/p + wall entry (included for pass holders) They are sure to fill up so make sure you book your place at reception.
