This weeks new circuit will be spotty, and we're taking a slightly different approach! Instead of your usual 25 problems, there will be 4 circuits ranging from easy to hard! Intrigued? Come and check the new circuit style problems out on Friday - if you're looking to improve your endurance or fancy a different style of warm up you won't be disappointed!
The idea of a circuit board, is that the climber can train strength endurance by offering lots more moves than a traditional bouldering problem. By lapping the circle as many times as you like, you can push your endurance… this will get you really pumped so remember to save some energy if you actually want to climb some problems too!
