Round 5 JWS…. Ready Now!

Round 4 is over and we have one round remaining in Junior Winter Series 2014! Round 5 is officially open with 25 brand new spotty and grey problems from James Hunter!

A note from route setter James ‘The Grinch’ Hunter…

‘A tricky circuit all round for all age groups. The youngsters have ten challenges in the junior wall area, the bigger youngsters have some seriously challenging problems in the main area. Stick in, relax and enjoy! Problem 18 is the crux – no features or volumes! Problem 19 is a dyno… or ‘lank’ it!’ ‘Pop n choc’ this round is to complete all the problems for some sugary goodies!

Round 4 Round Up!

In Round 4, the orange problems set by James kept everyone working for weeks with points being gained even in the last few days! Only 3 competitors completed everything in this round – well done to Jack Graham, Thomas Dumble and Jonah Kirtley. Well done to every single person who has taken part so far and good luck in Round 5! James is setting spots and greys ready to climb tomorrow evening and open until Thursday 20th March.

The Award Ceremony presentation and raffle takes place on Saturday 22nd March 1pm – 3pm. Every child who has taken part will be awarded a certificate. There will be podium places and medals available in each category as well as a raffle. The cost to attend is £10 and there will be a special set of problems and fun challenges to try!
